Job Description

-Manage the Field Force and Promoters Team in order to achieve company objectives and targets and activations in his respective territory and/or channels -Execute programs and ensure high standards on customer management and retail execution -Manage Field Reps and Promoters -Ensure that the team members are meeting the targets set for the stores within their coverage, sell-through and sell-out targets in their respective depots, accounts, and outlets -Work very closely with the Distributors Sales team at Depot level to maximize company performance -Manage the most important accounts with the respective geography. Sign off route planning -Manage performance, coach and motivate the team -Run regular back checks, provide feedback and agree on corrective actions with team members -Monitor all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and take actions on a daily basis -Ensure the effectiveness of company programs -Frequently visit main markets/outlets served and take actions whenever needed -Propose improvements from Total Channel Offering (TCO) perspective -Run weekly beats with Field Reps in order to drive performance -Provide report back to management as per the agreed format -Escalate issues to Field Force Business Manager whenever required

Requirements

-B.S. or above degree -At least 4 Years of experience in the field of Managing team preferably in the field of Mobile -Advanced in negotiation skills -Excellent command of MS Office -Completion of military service -Ability to communicate in English is a mandatory -Ideal Age Range: Maximum 36 years old -Gender Preference: Male
