Job Description

- Assist Area Manager to supervise and monitor Retail Representatives work to achieve the agreed Trade Marketing targets in line with the Annual Operational Plan, Cycle activities and the required customer service level for Trade channel. - Maintains mutually beneficiary relationship with existing and potential Trade partners in designated territory either directly or through Retail Representatives. Requirements

- University degree in a relevant major - Approximately 2 years field experience in FMCG Company - Experience in managing people - Good leadership, coaching and team working skills with the ability to manage conflict and develop staff - Solid influencing and communicating skills to internal and external audience - Good command of computer and Excel - English fluency is an advantage - Military service is done for gentlemen
