Job Description

The objective of the role: As part of the Roche Pars Diagnostics team, Field Service Engineer (FSE) will be responsible for providing technical support for Roche products, analyzers, and systems; Installing, repairing, and maintaining Roche products, and documenting, and reporting all service activities in compliance with Roche standards. FSE is expected to bring added value to stakeholders, help increase customer satisfaction, and flag sales opportunities to the respective Sales Team in the country. List of responsibilities: ● Coordinate with the Service Manager, Service Team Leads, and Project Manager regarding planned systems installations. ● Carry out installation procedures as per Roche standards. ● Report and document all installations as per Roche standards. ● Conduct customer training regarding the proper use and maintenance of Roche analyzers and systems. ● Report and document customer training as per Roche standards. ● Carry out repair and maintenance of Roche analyzers and systems as per Roche standards. ● Attend to customer calls and requests in a prompt and timely manner. ● Report and document maintenance and repairs in compliance with Roche standards. ● Provide internal and external technical support to customers and Roche local staff relevant to technical issues regarding Roche analyzers and systems. ● Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered for the performance of the system in the facility with coordination with other departments. ● Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations as well as to the high integrity standards as set forth by Roche.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering. ● At least 3 years of experience as a biomedical engineer or laboratory-related field. Specialist Knowledge: ● Hand-on working experience with Roche analyzers or lab systems. ● Able to demonstrate advanced troubleshooting techniques on biomedical equipment. ● Able to provide technical leadership. ● Fluent in Farsi and English both spoken and written. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Strong problem-solving skills. ● Customer-focused and solution-oriented. ● Confident and able to work independently with minimum supervision. ● Mobile and flexible. ● Compliant with Roche's corporate values of integrity, courage, and passion. ● Committed to excellence in service beyond the usual normal working hours and conditions.
