Job Description

As a member of managerial commercial team, the Field Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Field Marketing teams (Medical Representatives, Marketing Supervisors/Team Leaders and Key Account Specialists), whose principal function are actively visiting Health care Professionals (Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacists, etc.) and ensuring the company products are well presented to and selected by target groups. This position will report to Business Unit Development Director. The job descriptions of this position . • Implementing company’s commercial plans in the field • Actively managing Field Marketing with 70-80% of time spent in the field • Training and coaching subordinate teams • Participate in development of company’s strategic plan • Leading the Development and maintenance of relationships with customers and accounts • Leading well territory management, customer segmentation, and frequent effective calls • Collecting data from the field to actively attend at commercial meetings • Achieving quarterly and annual targets • Full collaboration with Sales and Medical • Working in accordance with company’s compliance and ethical regulations

Requirements

• Full time • M.D., Pharm. D. or related majors • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical sales and marketing • Good presentation skills • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ready for frequent travels within the country • Excellent command of written and spoken English • Experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Residence: Tehran
