Job Description

Purpose of the Job : To implement activities necessary to build, develop and maintain the best Market Access conditions for Novo Nordisk’s Pharmaceutical Products, both existing and newly launched. Key Accountabilities : - Prepare the National & Regional Market Access (MA) Plans working together with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Regional Medical Advisors (RMAs) in order to ensure that the National & Regional MA Plans are an effective part of the Field Force Business Plan (FFBP) - Develop activities, in order to guarantee, in each region, access to the market of Novo Nordisk’s pharmaceutical products, whether already on the market or newly introduced. - Present a detailed document like situational background, quantitative analyses, Cost Effectiveness articles and proposals for insurance companies and all related health authorities. - Represent the Company in the regions in tune with the company’s strategic policies and guidelines and working in synergy with the Field Force and the other company departments. - Monitoring and communicate to the Field Market Access (FMA) Manager the key National and Regional facts, expressing evaluations on any possible risks and opportunities (Market Intelligence) - Define their monthly program of activities, based on the priorities and the necessities of the territory and the Company. - Producing and sending to FMA Manager monthly reports on the activities carried out, on analyses of dynamics and trends in the national & regional scenarios, on the behaviour and initiatives of competitors and on anything that may be useful in helping to centrally understand local phenomena. Purpose and subject of interaction with internal/external customers : - Create and develop relationships and projects with key stakeholders, in line with the company’s guidelines and strategies, to support/improve the reputation of Novo Nordisk at National & Regional level, to solve problems or evaluate/exploit opportunities connected to Novo Nordisk Pharmaceutical Products.

Requirements

Education requirements : - University Degree Work experience : - 3 years successful Pharmaceutical background, including Regional Business Management, Key Account Management. - Fluent in English Language Competency profiles Core High Performing Core Focused Core Costumer Centric Personal Leadership Common Negotiation skills Common Key account management
