● Lead capacity management process and set monthly plan according to demand plan and factory constraints, propose the available scenario to fill the gap.
● Supervise the master plan scheduling team to ensure all production orders are in place to cover demand accordingly.
● Supervise material requirement planning team to avoid any shortage and keep inventory at standard level.
● Supervise performance team to prepare appropriate KPIs and review it on monthly basis for whole factory functions.
● Control manpower monthly plan to be sure enough labors are available according to plan problem-solving and decision making according to the situation contingency plan in terms of unexpected problems.
● Expedite or de-expedite orders based on the situation via close coordination with the supply planning manager.
● Lead improvement projects in the factory area and hold monthly meetings with the factory manager and related functions.
● Coordination with related functions to be sure all information is available in the SAP system accurately and on time.
Requirements
● 10 years of experience in the production planning field.
● 5 years of experience at the managerial level.
● FMCG work experience.
● SAP experience.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or an MBA graduate.
