Job Description

● Preparing and presenting the monthly production plan and providing the necessary resources for the implementation of the production plan, receiving daily reports of the production department, and trying to produce following the plan. ● Human resources management of the factory. ● Technical and economic evaluation of suppliers' proposals due to purchasing materials. ● Receiving quality unit performance reports and making necessary decisions regarding non-conformities of input materials, production process, and final product. ● Ensuring the implementation of risk management. ● Reporting to the CEO about the rework costs, percentage of quality of non-compliant products, cost of waste, and providing suggestions for improvement. ● Communication with external institutions and organizations. ● Ensuring the establishment of the quality management system.

Requirements

● Mastery of quality issues, ability to analyze quality reports and make necessary decisions. ● Adequate familiarity with procurement processes, supplier evaluation. ● Adequate familiarity with warehousing issues. ● Adequate mastery of production issues, providing the necessary resources to implement the production plan, removing obstacles, and decision-making in critical cases. ● Adequate mastery in the field of production equipment management. ● Adequate familiarity with preferred engineering topics in the electronics industry. ● Adequate familiarity with the field of human resource management. ● Problem-solving ability, teamwork spirit, high public relations, creativity.
