Job Description

• Responsible for achieving the Production targets and Company objectives through the effective Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling of Equipment, Material, Processes, Time, Discipline and Innovation. • Ensure that safe work practices are adhered to by the team • Support and motivate the team to improve performance • Drive continuous improvement initiatives • Responsible for implementation of Total Synchro concepts in the workshop • Drive SQCDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery & People) and quality process inline with the Buhler global standards • Secure quality of the products being built, by maintaining process standards and key points • Engage in multi-skilling and flexibility training to enhance the skill level of the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering • Certificate courses in manufacturing or supply chain would be an added advantage • Minimum 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry • Insightful, able to collaborate with other management team members in developing strategy and implementing business plans • Proven ability to work in a matrix organization • Fluent communication in English and Farsi Languages (Azeri/Turkish knowledge would be a plus) • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills • Excellent problem-solving skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with people inside and outside of the company • Sound judgment and decision-making skills • Strong skills in conflict resolution and facilitation • Innovative Thinking
