This role requires at least five years of managerial, technical experience with a deep understanding of manufacturing's latest technology in building hardware or any related field. Also, be very good at team building, analytics, planning, partnership, government requirements, and all stakeholders.
Factory Manager
Build, Implement and management all processes of production and technical control of all organizational procedure including :
- Planning to building all the new lines
- Team building and people management
- Deep understating of metal component manufacturing
- Technical knowledge about plating, electrocoating and advance polishing
- Engineering of new product
- Research and development
- Planning and maintenance of planning
- Design of key indicator
- Implement of productivity systems with the latest method
- Risk management
- Quality control
- Managing the productivity and all machines
- Managing company profitability and growth
- Ability to setting up and manage all units required in the factory including, production, planning, QC, finance, HR,…..
