Job Description

A factory Manager will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. He develops processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity. He would be able to supervise plant or factory operations by leading a technical resources team and effectively co-operating with various peer groups within the company. • Identify the processes of the organization and determine its monitoring and measurement indicators. • Suggest improvement strategies to the HR Director for the effectiveness of the management system. • Division of duties among subordinate employees and supervision of their activities. • Supervising macro-planning of production and raw materials and supervising its implementation • Supervision and cooperation in periodic shipments. • Review the status of achievement of goals and programs related to the unit continuously through the received reports. • Identify risks and opportunities associated with factory processes and try to control them. • Collaborate on product quality plan including production instructions, quality control and product maintenance. • Capacity measurement of machines, production lines. • Investigate the location of machinery and material flow in the production process and cooperate in optimizing it. • Pursue corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance. • Involvement and support of employees in improvement activities. • Review the results of monitoring and measuring plant-related processes and take action to improve. • Communicating with production or factory-related contractors regarding product or service-related requirements. • Identify production problems and provide solutions to improve it. • Cooperation with the quality control manager to reduce production or product waste and improve product quality. • Cooperation with the technical and engineering managers to develop products and offer new products. • Continuous monitoring of the production of quality products according to the announced production plan. • Continuous monitoring of maintenance and repair activities of machinery and equipment. • Monitoring the entry and exit of goods from the warehouse. • Identify the training program required by employees. • Report to the CEO on the performance of product production, waste and product maintenance on an ongoing basis. • Analysis of information and results of monitoring and measuring production processes.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a "Factory Manager". • Proven managerial experience. • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources). • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise. • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and • technical processes. • Be able to work in Tuyserkan. • Must have strong project management skills and be detailed oriented. • Good Knowledge of English. • Ability to create accountability and to lead by example Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills • Reporting to: CEO & HR Director • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8AM to 4:30PM - Thursday 8AM to 12:30PM. • Travel requirements: domestic travel (3-4 times per quarter). • University Qualifications: Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management. • Soft Skills and Personality traits: Effective communication skills, Adaptability, Leadership. • Analysis of information and results of monitoring and measuring production processes.
