Job Description

-Establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team. Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity. Determining individual personnel measures in consultation with HR. Ensuring the best personnel management of employees who are indirectly subordinate within the line management structure and technically subordinate in the Group organization -Supervising Production Manager, Industrial Manager, and Maintenance Manager -Consumption of substances, analysis of stops and rooting -Analyze all the activities of a project (from the time of the formation of the initial thinking to the design and implementation, and then the start-up and operation) for less time to reach the stage of operation without adding costs or reducing the quality of work -Responsible for the supervision and enforcement of all affairs related to the factory and product production -Monitor all operations and processes -Prepare operating reports -Maintain a safe, neat and systematic work environment and follow all safety & QA regulations -Conducting and managing the factory to increase the productivity through continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organizational structures and initiating corresponding measures. Ensuring continuous improvement in the entire area of responsibility -Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties -Motivate staff to correct and improve the processes -Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met -Reporting to: CEO -Very Dynamic Team Player

Requirements

-At least B.S. degree in Polymer Engineering & Industrial Engineering or similar relevant field and managements -8 years of experience with various aspects of business such as safety, production, HR, marketing, supply and demand management and others -Proven experience around at least 4 years as a factory manager -Experience in Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees -In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources) -Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Proactive problem solver -Excellent command of the English language (Writing & Speaking) -Gender Preference: Male -Job Category: Factory & Plant Management -Employement type: Full Time
