Job Description

-Establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team. Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity. Determining individual personnel measures in consultation with HR. Ensuring the best personnel management of employees who are indirectly subordinate within the line management structure and technically subordinate in the Group organization -Planning personnel, material and financial resources. Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measures to counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager. Ensuring compliance with the approved budget -Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and organizational structures and initiating corresponding measures. Ensuring continuous improvement in the entire area of responsibility -Defining, implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces -Defining, implementing and ensuring in-house and statutory specifications and guidelines on hygiene, HACCP, food safety, occupational safety and environmental protection. Ensuring that these are implemented in subordinate organizational units -Driving the digital transformation in the area of responsibility. Developing an integrated digitization strategy in cooperation with the stakeholders. Utilization of new technologies and functionalities for a sustainable increase in value contribution. Ensuring the optimization and documentation of new and existing business processes in the digital databases and systems -Defining, implementing and ensuring preventative and responsive complaints and deviation management -Specifying OEDM targets. Directing, implementing and monitoring OEDM -Ensuring optimum plant structures and processes -Further developing the plant based on the Group supply chain strategy -Breaking down plant objectives into objectives for individual divisions. Monitoring compliance with specifications and initiating measures where deviations are found -Being responsible for all external issues of the plant and matters concerning authorities -Planning and managing long-term investment projects

Requirements

-B.S. degree in Business Management or similar relevant field -7 years of experience with various aspects of business such as safety, production, HR, marketing, supply and demand management and others -Proven experience as a factory manager -Experience in Leading, assessing and developing directly subordinate employees -In-depth knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources) -Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Proactive problem solver -Excellent command of the English language (Writing & Speaking) -Gender Preference: Male
