Job Description

-Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures -Maintain a clean and safe plant -Establish and direct plant policies and procedures -Responsible for plant production goals -Establish and maintain a positive community relationship -Foster a well-trained and motivated staff -Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and technical maintenance -Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules -Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff -Conduct employee performance reviews -Schedule and conduct plant meetings -Responsible for the product quality control for the plant -Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings -Control delivery time and listening to the voice of customers *Job Location: Yazd Industrial Zone

Requirements

-M.S. / M.A. in Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field -More than 15 years proven experience individually for producing of corrugated board and converting industries to make any kind of packaging Carton is essential -Extensive experience at medium or large firms with over 250 employees -Familiar with working IT devices and common software like MS-Office, MS-Project are essential -Exceptional Salary and Settlement Costs and facilities will be negotiable -Only qualified CV will be invited for primary interview -Familiar with International contract terms and conditions -Compatible with Private sector vision and values -Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, HR, finance -Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills -Having experience to install and lunching new projects -Fluent in English “both writing and oral” is an advantage -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 40 years old -Successful candidate stays in Yazd city
