Job Description

- Holding weekly and monthly meetings and make decisions on importance - Prepare and monitor the implementation of the annual budget - Responsible for all kinds of work which should be done in company such as production planning, making product, overseeing warehouses, financial matters, supplying required materials and issues - Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that the Company complies with all statutory regulations - To update the daily plant Operation to the management - To ensure the proper distribution of work - To ensure proper methodology to evaluate the Changes & implement - To maintain the discipline in the factory premises - To assess the employees performance. - Capacity and Product Portfolio Planning - Manufacturing Efficiency & Achievement - New Product Development Support and Product Transfer Support - Project Management Support - Planning and organizing production schedules - Assessing project and resource requirements - Job Location: Shorabad – Tehran
