Job Description
-Responsible for contributing to and carrying out production decisions -Supervising all kinds of work which should be done in factory such as production planning; making product; overseeing warehouses; supplying required materials and issues; quality control -Responsible for the amount and quality of the items that the factory is producing -Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems -Reporting to: CEO -Very Dynamic Team Player -Contribute to & Execute Engineering Strategy toward company goals -Handle the project engineering -Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures -Foster a well-trained and motivated staff -Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules
Requirements
-Work Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant -Familiar with the food industry (biscuits and chocolate) -Familiar with biscuit formulation -Familiar with the installation of biscuit production lines -Education: Bachelor of Agriculture / Food Industry -Bachelor/Master degree in Civil, Mechanic or Industrial Engineering -At least 5 years professional experience as factory manager (Preferably in food industry) -Other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods -Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs -Good time management skills & handle multiple projects at a time -Familiar with International contract terms and conditions -Fluent in English “both writing and speaking” is an advantage -Gender Preference: Male -Preferable age between 35 - 45 years
