Job Description

- Planning and control management of production and control of raw materials and inventory for optimal production with the process of waste reduction and energy consumption and determination of raw material order and announcement to supply and logistics unit and continuous monitoring of production of quality products in accordance with the announced production schedule. - Identify production problems and provide solutions to improve them - Offer improvement solutions to the CEO to make the preparation and production system more effective - Monitor the entry and exit of purchased items and the entry and exit of the warehouse - Monitor strict compliance with HSE safety regulations - Scheduling, controlling and managing the achievement of the Weight / Rial goals of the product group - Receive orders and keep in touch with the branches to meet customer requirements - Supervision and co-operation in periodic freight - Checking the status of unit-related goals and programs on a regular basis by reporting - Identifying risks and opportunities associated with factory processes and trying to control them - Contribute to product quality plan design including production instructions, quality control and product maintenance - Capacity assessment of machinery and production lines and examination of machinery location and material flow in production process and cooperation in its optimization - Follow up on corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-compliance - Review the results of monitoring and measuring plant-related processes and action to improve - Collaborate with the quality control manager to reduce product waste or recycling and improve product quality - Continuous supervision of maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment - Overall implementation of business policies by the CEO and reporting to the CEO on product performance, waste and product maintenance on a continuous basis - Supervising all personnel and factory affairs and controlling and supervising all factory affairs without factory - Ability to hire, train and evaluate workers in accordance with production operations - Having creativity and innovation - Have a spirit of participation in organization improvement activities - Continuous tracking of activities until results are achieved - Ability to divide work among sub-staff - Managerial skills and organizational behavior and human resource alignment - Has an executive, operational and teamwork spirit

Requirements

Knowledge Required: - Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering - Have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the food industry - Fluent in production planning and production planning software (especially in the food industry) - Mastery of warehousing principles - ISO 2 training course - Pass GMP - ISO 22000 - HACCP courses - Risk-based thinking - Getting acquainted with the machinery and equipment of the industry and their maintenance - Fluent in office software - Understand the concepts of 5S, TQM, TPM and IMS management system requirements
