- Collect and compile data, conduct research, prepare reports and coordinate all management projects.
- Support to prepare special documents along with management reports in data information collection area.
- Compile all findings, utilize spreadsheets, database software and graphics for simple evaluation to assist different administrative projects.
- Handle multiple levels of advanced administrative duties.
- Ensure to follow established policies, procedures or particular instructions.
- Keeping day-to-day activities organized
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Rearrange schedules to accommodate last-minute changes and emergency cancellations
- Plan and facilitate company-wide events or communications that upper management has created
- Managing projects as assigned
- Completing tasks assigned by the factory manager accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- BA/MA in Business Administration or relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in related field
- Ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and administrative projects
- Proficient user of MS Office
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
- Leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to Work Well Under Pressure
