Job Description

Provide engineering professional and technical leadership in the Factory, ensuring people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised, and that all engineering activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance. Duties and Responsibilities are :  Develop and maintain Engineering competences at the factory (including technical and management competencies, talent review, career and succession planning, etc)  Ensure optimum decisions are made/implemented regarding factory assets (including Investment cycle), in alignment with the Market Business Strategy.  Ensure that the utilities needs of Production are fulfilled and optimized. That all utilities that come/may come in contact with product are treated according to the food safety acceptance criteria  Ensure that the electrical services, degree of automation at factory site level, are in line with the Business requirements.  Manage department fixed cost (budget and compliance) according to company targets  Ensure optimum and sustainable Operations at factory level, by following the Energy/Water Management approach, driving the corresponding Reporting System, and respecting safety, Health & environment policies  Contribute to & Execute Engineering Strategy toward company goals  Execute full compliant operations including Food Safety, Safety, health and Environment compliance in the factory,  Ensure calibration process, technical store, workshop and utilities are in line with the business requirements  Ensure optimum and sustainable PM (To keep running and make available the plant all the time for efficient production and to run mechanical maintenance section efficiently)  Handle the project engineering
