Job Description

•Main Objective: Provide management and coordination of facility services and processes that support core businesses of the Head Office. Ensure the most suitable working environment using best occupational and office practices to improve efficiency. -Activities involving management and maintenance of building and furniture -Assure proper office supply and equipment -Conference-room services (overseeing the maintenance, responsible for the supply of cold and hot beverages, according bookings) ensure to check food and supplies as well as planned inventories -Activities involving contracting and managing entrance and reception services -Perform administrative support when needed including schedule and coordination of meetings, appointments, travel and logistic arrangements -Resolve administrative problems and inquires & coordinate maintenance of office equipment. Serve as key contact for internal customers so that they can focus on their core business activities -This role will assume responsibility for and manage the relationship with Local travel agents and to insure that all travel bookings are in line with company policy and standards and to support company events & activities along with other HR members

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelors Degree in a reputable University -Excellent command in identifying problems along with solutions -Experienced in working within a team and as a team player -Good command in Software's such as Microsoft tools (Word, Excel , Power Point) -Good Communication Skills -Welling to further develop and grow within a growing organization -Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure -Good Command in English (Turkish Language is an advantage)
