Job Description

o Coordinate and supervise in-house maintenance in close co-operation with SC Department. o Manage organization premises floor space as necessary and ensure coordination with relevant departments. o Ensure timely procurement of suitable vehicles for respective departments in close co-operation with the Procurement Department. o Supervise, manage and execute motor accident insurance claims, vehicle servicing & repairs, licenses, fueling of the vehicles and the pool vehicles. o Define and ensure execution security and support procedures and regulations. o Ensure gardening activities on the Company property. o Ensure offices and buildings are up to standard and reflect the general image of the Company. o Ensure storage and maintenance goods according to specifications. o Ensure site inspections to control commencement and completion of maintenance works to satisfactory standards. o Co-ordinate and/or execute the staff transportation needs. o Distribution goods to different units according to business needs. o Supplier’s management in case delivery criteria are not met.
