Job Description

● To oversee on design and implementation of all types of Cooling/Heating systems based on best practices to perform with the most effective functionality. ● To oversee on design and implementation of Fire Detection systems and ensure that the systems has effective functionality. ● To oversee on design and implementation of fire suppression systems specially FM 200 systems based on MTN Irancell policies and standards. ● To oversee on design and implementation of CCTV systems and support the monitoring team in operation and maintenance of CCTV system ● To oversee on design and implementation of Access Control system and support the monitoring team in operation and maintenance of Access control system ● To oversee the activities of ELV vendors and all associated parties and ensure of their performance based on agreed SLAs. ● To inspect Mechanical & ELV’s projects’ progress and their quality and report them to line management and related stakeholders. ● To monitor Mechanical & ELV’S vendors’ activities carried out in buildings and switching centers based on agreed SLAs. ● To conduct handing over process of the Mechanical and ELV systems to Quality Assurance as well as Operation & Maintenance teams after implementation, in order to be observed and monitored by monitoring teams eventually.
