• Procurement Management
(identification daily consumable goods, forecasting office requirements, delivering)
• Banquet Management
(planning and executing all banquet related services (such as lunch, refreshments, caterings, special quests etc.)
• Building /Layout Management
Planning and coordinating all installations such as telecommunications, heat, electricity, allocating space, Inspection of building's structure, helping businesses to relocate to new offices
• Security Management
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
Service Management
(Handling &Supervising all office general services such as cleaning, parking, etc.)
