Job Description

• Procurement Management (identification daily consumable goods, forecasting office requirements, delivering) • Banquet Management (planning and executing all banquet related services (such as lunch, refreshments, caterings, special quests etc.) • Building /Layout Management Planning and coordinating all installations such as telecommunications, heat, electricity, allocating space, Inspection of building's structure, helping businesses to relocate to new offices • Security Management Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security Service Management (Handling &Supervising all office general services such as cleaning, parking, etc.)

Requirements

• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position for 5 years • BSc/BA in industrial engineering, business administration, management or other relevant field • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices • Familiarity with budgeting (Capex/Opex) • Excellent Communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing • Ability to lead and manage teams and projects • Attention to detail but also the ability to see the implications for the bigger picture
