Job Description

Mission: • To plan and coordinate all activities related to daily maintenance and operations of company facilities in assigned region Role Complexity • To coordinate and follow up with vendors and different teams for clean-up process. • To liaise with vendor/external contractor and other engineers and team leaders in happening incidents and co-ordinate all corrective activities within the regions to solve the incident. Task Complexity • To submit Corrective Maintenance analysis reports on schedule and based on agreed template to the team leaders • To ensure no variation exists in scheduled time and actual time in completing assigned tasks and work orders. • To coordinate and supervise external service providers and vendors to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on technical and non-technical facilities in the region according to check lists and ensure the results are recorded in PM Databases. • To check maintenance processes and defined SLAs are based on the contract through vendor/external contractor daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, ensure their correctness and escalate the issues to team leader/line manager. • To prepare reports about PM/CM activities, MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), MTBF (Mean Time between Failures), finished PMs and in-progress repairing if any for the team leader. • To liaise with governmental institutes in related issues in the region and coordinate to resolve based on policy. • To have cross-functional relationship with the various departments/divisions to ensure received requests are responded timely and based on processes. • To ensure MTTR for critical failures and MTBF for all failures is less than pre-defined time. • To deliver the approved closed work orders to vendor representatives once it’s completed and follow up with the representative to process invoices and submit to HQ in regular basis. • To conduct proper asset management, coordination and communication with all relevant departments for asset disposal/movement processes in the assigned region. • To prepare the required reports for audition and supervision purposes for equipment as well as PM’s, CM’s and processes • To ensure all the generated logs in ticketing system is tracked on schedule in assigned regions
