Job Description

● Participate in foreign exhibitions related to the industry of the organization ● Identify export targets by studying GCC markets. ● Review export restrictions by analyzing external factors related to influential economic and political variables. ● Search for agents and sales agents in foreign markets through marketing and market research. ● Introduce and present the company's products, conduct initial negotiations and identify their needs and requirements. ● Review and knowledge of the laws and regulations of export target countries. ● Review and analysis of the organization's sales potential in the field of exports and sales targeting. ● Coordinate with different departments of the organization regarding achieving sales goals and meeting customer needs. ● Supervise and coordinate cargo departure from the organization and transportation to the destination and informing customers. ● Plan the transportation activities and identify the optimal transportation method. ● Ensure the preparation of shipping documents such as proforma, invoice, packing list, test report, etc. ● Supervise the activities related to export insurance and receive insurance policies and taking action to pay premiums. ● Supervise the activities related to receiving the export cargo inspection certificate and take action to pay the costs. ● Ensure that activities related to receiving approvals from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies for export documents are carried out. ● Follow up on banking interactions between the target country and Iran and follow up on receiving receivables from the organization's foreign customers. ● Follow up on customer complaints and resolve customer issues. ● Evaluate customer satisfaction and develop and maintain customer relationships. ● Monitor all export target markets and identify suitable business opportunities. ● Carry out matters related to receiving approvals from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies for export documents. ● Develop sales and distribution channels and tracking contracts with new customers.

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position with a background in food industry companies or FMCG ● Problem-solving skills. ● Effective communication skills. ● Skills in professional negotiation and sales principles. ● Good knowledge of all English language skills (Knowing Arabic will be an advantage.). ● Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook. ● Fully familiar with regulations for exporting FMCG products. ● Fully familiar with insurance, banking, and customs affairs. ● Able to analyze data and paying attention to details.
