Job Description

● Identify new business opportunities in the CISs, Middle East, and East Africa Countries and achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives. ● Expand the scope of sales activities within the market. ● Monitor and analyze markets, customer needs, and company actions in order to market and product development. ● Visit the market routinely to gather data and supervise the productivity of the sales team. Also, decide the best strategy based on data that have been gathered from the market. ● Communicate with business partners to match goals, strategies, and uniformity of views on promotional items. ● Monitor the market and competitors in order to make the right sales decisions. ● Prepare and review sales dashboards and explain any variances to forecast by analyzing actuals VS targets. ● Supervise the activities of the sales team in order to achieve annual sales target objectives. ● Monitor and report on the company's affiliate campaigns and promotions. ● Lead the sales team in order to achieve the assigned sales targets. ● Manage the process of organizing conferences and promotional programs to introduce products. ● Negotiate and monitor export rates and services to reduce operating costs and increase profitability. ● Develop payment routes. ● Prepare requested files such as product list and catalogs, Product Order (PO), Proforma Invoice(PI), and Shipping Documents (Invoice, Packing List, and Health Certificate).

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, Economics, or related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in export or international sales (preferably in the CISs, Middle East, Asia, and East Africa Countries), with complete mastery over export procedures especially in Toys and Stationaries products. ● Fluent in English, with strong communication and business negotiation skills (the priority is to hire a candidate who knows Arabic). ● Sufficiently familiar with laws and regulations governing the export industry, pricing, payment methods, logistics and shipping, insurance, and customs rules, and fully familiar with export and import procedures and policies. ● Good organizational skills. ● Ability to work to deadlines. ● Enjoy traveling and meeting people.
