Job Description
Objective of the role: 1. Organizing the export department 2. Directing the domestic and export sales people 3. Expanding export markets 4. Optimizing domestic sales 5. Increasing total sales volume List of responsibilities: Usual standard job responsibilities. Reporting to: Managing Director. Subordinates: team of 7 Sales people Length of Probation Period: max 3 months. Working hours: Sat to Wed 08:00 to 17:00, Thu 08:00 to 12:00. Travel requirements: frequent travels mostly domestically, couple of foreign travels per year. Commission / Bonus / Benefits: Sales Commissions as per Sales volume and growth criteria.
Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc or higher in Commerce/Business, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Chemistry, Medicine/Health professions or related fields. Nature and length of previous experience: 8 years preferably in pharmaceutical, FMCG, cosmetics industry. Specialist knowledge: Excellent IT skills (systematic search, mail management, MS Office-Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM) Soft Skills and Personality traits: Flexible, innovative and proficient problem solver.
