Job Description
- Report arrival and departure of vessel from Iran Ports - Upload EDI - Provide draft B/L to shippers for getting approval - Issue invoices to clients using OTMS shipping software - Correspondence with line agents in different parts of the world - Issue release message requests to agents after settling payments - Issue original and surrendered bills of lading
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience preferably in shipping/freight forwarding industry. - Good reading and writing skills in English - Expertise in MS office - Ability to establish good relationships with clients and colleagues - Experience in OTMS Shipping software is an asset - Working experience in shipping companies is an advantage - Ability to make good judgements and take quick decisions - Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
