Job Description

-Searching for a new international market in neighboring countries, CIS and the Middle East for export -Monitor existing and prospective markets in the area and identify appropriate business opportunities -Sourcing, performing and coordinating commercial affairs such as corresponding, negotiating, preparing related documents for payment, shipment and delivery schedules, commercial registration procedures, transporting follow-ups -Responsible for export sales for the company’s range of products. Manage export and international activities -Research market trends and products -Preparing business proposal according to customer's business requirements -Participating in international events (Exhibitions, conferences, etc.) inside or outside of Iran -Hosting foreign customers and coordinating and participating in site visits and meetings -Doing all the process from A to Z related jobs Such as documentary, follow up, customs jobs, shipping -Pursuing sales procedure inside the company (from project to delivery) -Identify new markets for exports through the study of global markets -Gathering data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales and method of marketing -Administer existing clients and ensure an optimal level of marketing strategies

Requirements

-B.S. / M.S. in Marketing Management or Commercial Management -At least 5 years' experience in international sales and Marketing, Export and Commercial -Technical and market based HVAC/civil knowledge is an advantage -Knowledge of commercial correspondences and Fluency in English (written, spoken) is a must -Knowing Arabic languages is an advantage -Ability of searching, finding and categorizing customers in targeted areas -Be up-to-dated about current regulations and monitor applicable law changes for better dealing with customs and Ministry of Commerce -Ability to understanding and making price analyze/ cost breakdown -Familiar with INCOTERMS, export and import procedures and policies -Good relationship, Friendly and kind character, ability to handling and hospitality the customers, Familiar with high level presenting -Having marketing experience in the field of B2C, B2B, B2G -Professional communication and negotiation skills -Relative familiarity with the business of international marketing -Proficient in Microsoft Office (i. e. Word, Excel) -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 30 - 45
