Job Description

  • Develop and execute the company's export strategy for herbal extract products. This includes identifying and developing new markets, such as Russia, CIS, Iraq, and the Gulf countries.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of foreign customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with foreign customers. This includes developing proposals, negotiating prices, and managing the sales process.
  • Manage the company's export operations, such as shipping, documentation, and customs clearance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with foreign customers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events. This is an opportunity to promote the company's products and services to potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify new export customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing export customers.
  • Manage the export sales team, including setting goals, providing training, and evaluating performance.
  • Monitor and analyze export sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work with other departments to ensure that export sales needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in export management.
  • Strong understanding of international trade.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English.
