Job Description

- Alignment with the supply chain in order to create a suitable platform in the field of logistics - Receive annual sales forecast from planning unit for macro logistics resource planning - analysis of external factors related to influential economic and political variables in logistics issues - Logistics-related risk analysis in the company's contracts with stakeholders (suppliers and customers) - knowledge of standards, features and sensitivity of goods - Receive and review the requirements of customers and the organization in the transportation sector - knowledge of logistics systems of export destination countries - estimation of all transportation costs and determination of logistics related budgets - Optimal transportation planning with the aim of providing goods in a timely manner and reducing costs with a value-added approach - Identify, evaluate and select domestic and foreign transport companies in the field of logistics and periodically evaluate the performance of companies - Negotiating and concluding contracts with qualified international transport companies - Risk analysis and identification of critical points in the supply chain and preparation of contingency logistics plan - Examine the restrictions related to transportation and notify the relevant units of the organization to apply the restrictions - Receive information about the time of production of orders from the planning unit - Check the volume of orders and its compliance with the capacity of existing carriers. - Schedule the time of the carrier at the origin of loading - Ensuring the adequacy of shipping documents (domestic and foreign) - Check and ensure the status of product inspection, and compliance with all health and safety regulations - Ensure pre-loading and shipping controls and complete the loading and shipping checklist - Coordination to determine stopping / delivery / and loading points - Follow up and make arrangements related to the departure of cargo from the organization and transportation to the destination - Follow up all loading and unloading operations at the origin to delivery at the destination in coordination with transport companies - follow-up related to the complaints of organizations such as the Ministry of Roads and Transportation, the Chamber of Commerce, the Ports and Maritime Organization, etc. - Coordination for reverse logistics - Prepare performance reports to the CEO
