Job Description

- Scheduling daily agenda - Follow up with different departments of the company on delegated affairs - Provide personnel administrative support to management unit through activities including preparing and managing correspondence, reports, documents, telephone calls and etc. - Managing and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements. - Liaison with internal and external contacts. - Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases - Managing filing system.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in similar role. - Must have work experience in the reputable companies with more than 500 personnel. - Have at least bachelor degree in related fields. - Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures. - Skilled in Microsoft office programs and typing. - Language Skills: English- Fluent
