Job Description
- She will assist the CEO in planning.
- Organizing, and executing of all daily activities.
- Organizing and managing CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule following up all tasks determined by CEO and presenting results report.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, in accordance with CEO's schedule.
- Answer phone and, providing prioritized call list to CEO, give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Set up and remember daily schedules, meetings, appointments, trips and visits by the top manager
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters and packages)
- Respecting confidentiality of documents and all information
- Making travel arrangements.
- Coordinating the meeting room and making sure its equipment is ready before scheduled meetings
- Handling correspondence, and reporting to CEO.
- Coordinating conferences and meetings.
- Communicating with individuals and departments, meeting arrangements when needed.

- Daily administrative works like coordinating meetings, drawing letters, sending fax, answering telephone, etc.
- Making travel arrangements.
- Working hours: Sat to Wed from 08.00 to 05.00 /Thursdays from 08.00 to 12.00
