Every aspects of MD office administration Set appointments Handling internal and external communications (telephone, fax, email and other, electronic communication methods) Document control (generate, maintain, filing, distribution & control) Correspondence Handling clients MD time management Intra-organization coordination and coordination with external parties Event management Handling confidential issues of the management office Reporting Handling office petty cash

Requirements
