Job Description

• Monitor office operations including telephone calls, general administrative tasks and schedules appointments and meetings • Set appointments (internal and external) • Following the meeting schedule • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms • Office skills (outlook, word, excel,)

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent • At least 5 years of related experience • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability • Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills • English proficiency is one of the priorities and it is added value
