Job Description

• Leadership (goal setting, organizing, coordinating and controlling) in supervised activities in order to achieve the goals of the organization. • Administrative principles and methods, including goal setting, program and budget development and implementation of capital and operating budgets. • Decision-making, consulting and implementing to increase the company's economic turnover. • Identifying organizational risks and defining appropriate responses. • Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long –term goals. • Developing and implementing business plans to improve cost-efficiency. • Creating initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities. • Reducing operational threats, forecasting business risks. • Implementing company policies. • Monitoring cost against budget.

Requirements

• A minimum of M.Sc. degree from a reputable university. • At least 10 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in the pharmaceutical or other related fields. • Judgment and Decision-Making Skills. • Complex Problem-Solving Skills. • Integrity, Ethics and Professionalism. • Strategy-oriented. • Forward-Looking and Innovative. • Networking and Teamwork capability. • Self-motivated and solution-oriented.
