Job Description

- Guidance, Leadership and estimate the other bosses and managers according to organ's records and estimates. - Building an effective team of leaders by providing guidance and coaching to subordinate managers. - Forecast of completion and end of organizational operation according to strategic plans. - Arrangement and performance of planning for guidance of organ's managers. - Guide employees through their development - Develop department wide reports on progress - Give constructive criticism to managers - Ensure that the department budget is being met - Implement department wide procedures - Ensure that the department is meeting its goals - Develop long term goals for the department

Requirements

- Familiar with professional management and programming system useful job background: at least 5 years useful professional experience in executive - Age :under 50 years old - Familiar with professional management and programming system - MBA or Master's equivalent - Ability to create reports and presentations - Great public speaking skills - Deep knowledge of the market the company operates in - Ability to work independently and in a team - Ability to juggle multiple projects at once - Ability to give managers constructive criticism - Incredible communication skills - Ability to develop new company policies
