Job Description

Kheili Sabz is currently seeking a qualified Executive manager to provide overall leadership and meet the Key Performance Indicators that we aim to achieve. In this position, the Executive manager will typically have between 4-6 direct reports and up to 100 total staff per Business Unit. Key Responsibilities and accountabilities include the following. - Develops and implements programs, projects or processes for a Business Unit - Develops and sponsors tactics to achieve strategic objectives across functional groups or within a business group through customer interaction. - Influences strategic direction and develops tactical plans and completes complex assignments with minimal supervision or review. - Provides comprehensive solutions to complex problems. - End results are evaluated for achieving goals and objectives. - Extensive contact with internal and external customers is required to obtain, clarify or provide facts and information. -The Executive manager is a member of the plant strategic leadership team and develops an annual business plan, monitors monthly results relative to plan and implements adjustments as required. - Provides leadership to functional managers to ensure that appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet all KPI and develop plans for launching of new services. - Establishes and manages current customer relationships, analyzing and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities. - Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and drive. Responsible for training and mentoring staff, motivating all for effective performance for the general growth of the company. - Full responsibility for a customer/unit Profit & Loss (P&L) statement (generally in a single unit). - Responsible for the request for proposal (RFP) process for assigned customer accounts. May support RFP processes for other accounts. - The Executive manager is the leader of the work cell and is accountable for the operational and financial performance of that work cell. - Manages the performance, developments, and rewards for direct reports. - Develops and monitors pricing strategies and buy/rent strategies. - Full responsibility for continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and customer satisfaction. - Responsible for tactical execution of established contract terms. - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.


- At least Bachelor's Degree in business administration or in any related field required. Master Degree preferred. - Over 10 years work - Minimum 5 years related senior managerial experience. - The experience in Publishing and educational companies with medium size preferred - Very strong leader that must be a clear thinker and have the ability to express ideas in a way which helps SBU teams achieve its objectives - Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule - Very strong leader that must be a clear creative thinker and have the ability to express ideas in a way which helps SBU teams achieve its objectives. He/she should possess the ability to develop and create new ideas, systems, and relationships for the success of the company - He/she should have the ability to analyze information and evaluate results in order to make the best decision in solving problems - The Executive manager should have the ability to develop specific plans and goals to help in accomplishing tasks efficiently - Ability to tack complaints and resolve disputes and conflicts - The Executive manager should be able to encourage and build team spirit among staff, bringing about mutual respect and cooperation - He/she must have a pleasant personality and display managerial and leadership abilities - Ability to identify new opportunities and utilize them to the benefit of the company - Experience in IT, Finance, Accounts, Operational side and Sales
