Job Description

- To lead and organize the office - To prioritize and advance multiple tasks simultaneously - Collect and prepare required information including reports, statistical tables, etc. - Plan and coordinate meetings (both inside and outside of the office) and provide documents As well as meeting requirements - Manage meetings through taking notes, preparing meeting minutes, keeping records and following up with task owners and deadlines. - Follow up the performance of the tasks and actions with responsible owners and report supervisor. - Manage meeting through Summarizing key points covered during meetings, outlining action items, owners as well as deadlines, ensuring minutes are promptly produced and distributed among attendees, and archiving all meeting documents including the agenda, minutes and supporting documents. - Proofread all outgoing letters including letters, emails, etc. - Deliver excellent hospitality in a professional manner to both internal and external customers - Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party - Maintain accurate records and perform data entry - Conducts research and compiles data - Performs additional duties when required, including drafting brochures and organizing the filing system

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in related job - Highly intelligent, creative, idea- making, analytical and flexible - Detail oriented, accurate, highly focused and self-mannered - Energetic and motivated, well- mannered, positive- minded and cheerful - Strong public relations, confident, with a high verbal impact power - Honest, trustworthy, committed, responsible, flexible, patient and secretive - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external customers - Excellent computer proficiency (Ms office – word, excel and PowerPoint - Time-management, and problem-solving skills. - Good command of English - Age Range: 25- 35
