Job Description
-Provide general administrative support
-Manage CEO's meetings, correspondence, follow-ups, internal and external communications
-Translating correspondence and reports from and into English
-Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems using a computer
-Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail
-Organize, coordinate and attend meetings and conferences alone or with the CEO and prepare notes and reports
-Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
-Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports and other documents
-Keep management informed by preparing, reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information and identifying trends
-Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments.
-Visit , partners, customers, etc. representing the CEO
-Keep records of documents and work flows and extensive follow up on the results of the work assigned to the staff or external service providers
