Job Description
-Executive assistant to the board member
-Manage all business affairs of the company on a daily basis
-Provide reports for evaluating activities and business planning
-Managing databases and filing systems
-Prepare internal and external corporate documents
-Schedule meetings/appointments, answering calls, handling emails and documentation
-Acting as the point of contact for management team
-Arrange travel, visas and accommodation
-Deal with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
-Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
