• Organize, plan & follow up the internal activities related to the management office
• Manage the phone calls and E-mail traffic
• Prepare Internal /external assigned by the management and related reports
• Organize management daily, weekly and monthly schedule
• Arrange and confirm meetings and appointments
• Gather data and regularly update the related database
• Coordinate with different divisions
• Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
• Organize and coordinate meetings and conferences
• Maintain schedules and calendars
