Job Description
-Personal Assistant to the MD (meetings, appointments, travels, reservations, etc.)
-Arranges, Manages and organizes MD daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
-Sets management meetings, takes time minutes of meetings, agendas and meeting.
-Answering and dispatching phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages for unnecessary calls for MD.
-Following up issues base on MD's request.
-Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
-Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
-Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
-Make travel arrangements for executives
