Job Description

- We are looking for an upbeat, well organized, detail , oriented and experienced office manager. - Assist the CEO in planning, organizing, and executing of all daily activities - Monitoring the GM's agenda, managing the phone, e-mail traffic. - Welcoming the guests, - Following and realizing the purchasing demands in case of necessity - Internal /external meeting minutes - Aiding with client reception as needed.

Requirements

- Preferably a university degree from reputable universities - Min 2 years of experience in similar job - Fluency in English is must (written and verbal) - Good user of MS Office programs - Fast Typing. - Multitasking capabilities - High level of communication, team work and organization skills - Reliable with patience and professionalism - Excellent and good verbal communication skills - Problem Solving and highly motivated
