Job Description

-Daily office administration issues, dealing with incoming and outgoing calls and queries -Perform travel arrangements (visa/hotel/ticket/etc) and the manage the schedule -Responsible for arranging the meeting and preparing MOMs and follow-up until result -Administratively supports HR Manager (recruiting support, documents formatting, travel coordination, surveys set up and other administrative tasks), drafts emails and other PRB correspondence as directed. -Admin issues. (Scanning/ sending, receiving faxes/printing files/ copying) -Provide administrative support to all senior managers and conducting administrative duties -Managing all the phone calls related to management -Maintain a good follow-up system with all departments -Organizing and managing CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly schedule following up all tasks determined by CEO and presenting results report -Provide timely report to the direct and dotted line managers

Requirements

-Bachelor degree on relevant fields -Previous experience: Minimum 5 years in similar position in international companies -High communication skill -Computer literacy is required (MS word, Excel, Power Point) -English fluency written and spoken -Ability to work under pressure, Team work, self-confidence, self-motivated, proactive and efficient -Expert in time management -High assertiveness -Result oriented -Problem solving
