Job Description

- Development & Implementation of Management Systems (ISO 9001, 10015, 10001&4, 31000, 27001 AND etc.) based on Best Practices - Audit Procedures and self-assessment based on Excellence Models - Designing Procedures based on Bpmn2 Standards by using BPMS software - Preparation of management reports - Set up meeting for identifying & solving problems - Training and coaching of procedures to ensure the effectiveness of implementation - Refining and supervision of procedures' implementation in organization - Identify and managing of organizational risks - Mastering the quality management system - Being responsible for defining and monitoring process indicators

Requirements

- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering or Management - University Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in the field of system development - Expert in requirements of ISO9001 and implementation - Expert in preparing of organizational document - Having familiarity with excellence models - Having familiarity with BPMN2 - Expert in Microsoft office - Language Skills: Fluent in English - Has intelligence analysis skills - Familiarity with the organizational excellence model - Familiar with Telecom Industry
