Job Description

Objective of the role: Managing Events from 0 to 100. List of responsibilities: Designing & planning events, Managing event team, Negotiate with event partners, Managing event financial affairs, Run events satisfaction survey. Reporting to: CEO. Subordinates: Event staffs.

Requirements

University Qualifications: At least Bachelor's degree. Nature and length of previous experience: More than 5 years of experience in related position. Specialist knowledge: Familiar with the event holding affairs. Soft Skills and Personality traits: - Strong Attention to Detail Technical Skills - The ability to perform multi-tasks, detail oriented and delivering the tasks on time - Excellent communication and administration skills; - Ability to handle highly demanding tasks within short time frames - Correspondence - Handling clients - Time management - Intra-organization coordination and coordination with external parties - Communication skills - Negotiation skills - Handling situations and conflicts Work in stressful situations - Problem solving - Age 30-40 year old - Character: Cheerful, energetic, team player, trustworthy, observant, pro-active, flexible,learner, good listener, communicative, organized, creative, responsible... - having High public relations. - Holding social, cultural, art, heath and fun events for the Enjoy Life - Be creative to design the events.
