Job Description
• Make arrangements for group meetings, events, seminars, etc...
• Consult with requester of event to determine agenda and requirements (audio-visual equipment, transportation, etc... ) and to monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and event progress
• Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
• Confer with Purchasing department and requester colleagues to coordinate details of event.
• Discuss with events participants to ensure all details are conformed to needs and expectations.
• Coordinate services for events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, and event security.
• Review event bills for accuracy and approve them so that Purchasing department to proceed payment
