Objective of the role: Performance evaluation of subsidiaries... List of responsibilities: 1- Cooperation in design & establishment of performance evaluation system. 2- Evaluation of subsidiaries performance on the base of the designed and deployed system. 3- Providing performance analysis reports of subsidiaries. 4- Cooperation in subsidiaries budgeting process. 5- Cooperation in executing risk management process in subsidiaries.. Reporting to: Direct manager. Subordinates: 0. Length of Probation Period: 3-6 months. Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 7:45 - 16:30. Requirements
University Qualifications: MA from State universities... Nature and length of previous experience: At least 5 years related experience... Specialist knowledge: 1- MS Office specially Excel. 2- Managerial dashboards & Statistical graphs. 3- Expert in financial statements analysis. 4- Expert in performance evaluation methods and models. 5- Familiar with business risk management.
