- Documentation of all decisions taken at meetings with stakeholders and senior managers of the units based in agreed MOM templates - Documentation of AS IS / TO BE business processes based on system available features to determine gaps and action plan - Providing training courses for system users and stakeholders to use the FI Module in ERP system for daily operation - Close monitoring of the integrity of the process of transferring information from previous systems to the ERP system - Tracking open cases and process problems and a system of consultants and stakeholders
