Requirements

Key Requirements/Experience: • Master or B.Sc. degree in Industrial engineering or management • At least 4 years’ experience in ERP field • Having deep knowledge about business relevant concepts (Human resource processes, work laws, payroll rules) • A strong aptitude to learn, develop and document complex technical concepts, with speed • Be hardworking and good team player • Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence • Good English language skills, both written and spoken Ilia employees have: • A sense of urgency - Conduct your work with intensity and speed.
